The HTML file will either save in the "Images" folder or the folder you saved the "Images" folder in. View it through your documents, since Photoshop doesn't recognize HTML files. Also, make sure you're clicking Save for Web, and not just Save. If you follow the directions to the point, you shouldn't have a problem. Depending on what version of Photoshop you're using, you may have an option on the menu that comes up to save as an HTML.
